How fast is shipping?
A: Our shipping team gets all orders shipped out within 24 hours. Our warehouse is closed on Saturday and Sunday's so any orders placed over the weekend will ship first thing Monday morning. For our full shipping policy please click here.
What is your return/exchange policy?
A: SaleEvent.com will accept returns for any unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days from receiving the product. For defective products we will exchange or refund the merchandise within 30 days of original receipt. For our full return policy please click here.

Are these products fakes?
A: No. SaleEvent.com has never or will never sell Fake, Copy or Bootleg merchandise. All of our products come from the original manufacturer or distributor that is authorized to sell the product. Why are the prices so low?
A: Our most frequently asked question :) SaleEvent purchases brand new overstock cosmetics direct from manufacturers’ warehouses, as well as department store shelf pulls. Where is my refund?
A: After a refund has been approved and processed it may take 24-72 business hours before it shows on your credit card statement.
What do I do if I never received my order?
A: All orders placed on our website come with full visibilty tracking. If your tracking shows the item was delivered but you never received it please contact Canada Post or USPS first. If they are unable to resolve your issue please feel free to contact our support team so we can investigate further.
What do I do if I received a defective item?
A: Please contact our support team immediately so we can provide a replacement. Please include a photo of the defective item.

A: Some products we carry are very limited with quantities and may never return if they have been discontinued by the manufacturer. We always encourage customer to purchase a little extra if there is a specific product they really enjoy.

A: Uh Oh. Our pick and pack team always strives for 100% accuracy however from time to time we may have missed an item. If this is the case please contact our support team immediately.
Are there any hidden costs?
A: Nope. Other than sales tax, SaleEvent.com only charges a small shipping fee if your order is below $35 before taxes. If your order is above $35 shipping is FREE.
