My order was indicated as shipped, and a Canada Post tracking number was provided. A number of weeks later, I still had not received it. I wrote the company, and received a very prompt reply that they were looking into the shipment problem, and would keep me informed. They did just that, and once the Canada Post problem was resolved by them, the actual delivery was made in just a few days. My partner was most pleased with the product she received, it was "as advertised".
